Born in Jakarta in 1961, Nany Wardhany is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PT Tritama Mitra Lestari (TMLEnergy) since its establishment in November 2011. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and began her professional journey as a researcher at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI).
Her career path later led her into state-owned enterprises (BUMN), where she held various strategic leadership roles, eventually rising to serve as President Director.
In addition to her corporate achievements, she is also active in professional organizations, serving as Treasurer of the Indonesian Solar Energy Association (AESI) and a member of the Indonesian Renewable Energy Society (METI).

With a strong foundation in energy and electricity, he has dedicated his career to supporting Indonesia’s power sector. Before joining TML Energy, he held strategic positions in various state-owned enterprises (BUMNs), where he contributed to national infrastructure and energy development projects.

Prama Imran Chusnun

He began his career as an Electronic System Designer at a state-owned strategic industry (BUMN), and throughout his career, he has been entrusted with key leadership roles including Project Manager, Branch Manager, and ultimately Senior Vice President.
With experience spanning across engineering, project management, human development, and business management, he plays a vital role in guiding and overseeing the company’s operational execution at all levels.
