Nany Wardhany
Chief Executive Officer
Born in Jakarta in 1961, Nany Wardhany is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PT Tritama Mitra Lestari (TMLEnergy) since its establishment in November 2011. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and began her professional journey as a researcher at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI).
Her career path later led her into state-owned enterprises (BUMN), where she held various strategic leadership roles, eventually rising to serve as President Director.
In addition to her corporate achievements, she is also active in professional organizations, serving as Treasurer of the Indonesian Solar Energy Association (AESI) and a member of the Indonesian Renewable Energy Society (METI).

Nur Chamid
Chief Operating Officer
Born in Jepara in 1956, Nur Chamid has served as the Chief Operating Officer of TML Energy since November 2011. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), one of Indonesia’s most prestigious engineering institutions.
With a strong foundation in energy and electricity, he has dedicated his career to supporting Indonesia’s power sector. Before joining TML Energy, he held strategic positions in various state-owned enterprises (BUMNs), where he contributed to national infrastructure and energy development projects.
His extensive experience, technical expertise, and leadership have been vital in driving operational excellence at TML Energy. He remains committed to delivering reliable and sustainable energy solutions.
